Appraisals for Petroleum-Contaminated Properties
In many of the claims received by the Department, the claimants seek compensation for the loss in value of their properties as result of petroleum contamination of a water supply, soils, or both. To facilitate the review and resolution of third party damage claims which include a component for property devaluation, the Department is requesting that companies/individuals submit proposals for appraisals at such properties.
