Appraisal and Legal Continuing Education Training Services
The Comptroller issues this Request For Proposal (RFP) to solicit pricing from qualified vendors for Appraisal and Legal Training Services for the Property Tax Assistance Division (PTAD) as described in this RFP. The objective is to obtain best value for the CPA and the State according to the terms and conditions listed in this RFP. The Property Tax Code Section 5.041 requires the Comptroller to develop curriculum and provide continuing education training to returning Appraisal Review Board (ARB) members, annually.
