Appraisal and Asset Management Services
The County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide an auditable record for the County. The purposes of these processes are primary for management decision making, but will also be used for accounting and insurance purposes depending upon the report. The records should enable the County to achieve compliance with all required accounting, insurance, and oversight bodies.
