Appraisal Services Request
The State is seeking contractor(s), consultant(s), individual(s), and/or companies to assist the
state in appraising real property. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit project
proposals, including qualifications, from service providers with proven competence in providing
appraisal services as needed to establish the fair market values expressed in the form of annual lease
payments for approximately fifty (50) buildings or facilities located throughout the state totaling
approximately 450,000 square feet.
