Appraisal Services
MARC seeks the services of a qualified appraiser to prepare an appraisal estimating the value of the Rock Island Railroad corridor in Union Pacific Railroad control from Pleasant Hill, Missouri, to the Truman Sports Complex in Kansas City, MO.
The selected appraiser should assist MARC in evaluating ownership of the corridor, including surface, subsurface and air rights. The ownership determination would be based on evaluation of county and state records.
