Appraisal Consulting Services
The Alameda County Redevelopment Agency (Agency) requests Qualifications and
Proposals for appraisal consulting services from qualified consultants with proven experience
in providing commercial and residential property appraisal services. The Agency expects to
enter into a services-as-needed consulting contract for these services for an amount up to
$40,000, for a 3 year period from 2009 to 2012.
