Appraisal, acquisition and relocation services for avenue rehabilitation and widening project
The Division of Preconstruction Services, Right of Way Section (DEPARTMENT) is soliciting professional appraisal, acquisition and relocation services for two parcels of the University Avenue Rehabilitation and Widening project. The improvements and land will be appraised and acquired in fee simple interest.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately July 2009 through December 2010. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $100,000 and $150,000.
Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received at the address indicated on the RFP no later than JULY 16, 2009, 4:00 p.m., prevailing time.
