The Utah Department of Transportation, ISS Division is in the process of defining the scope and requirements to develop an application in Oracle tools to replace an existing application that provides crash data and analysis.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from firms or individuals interested in providing UDOT with development services to augment ISS staff in software application development for the Crash Record System, using Oracle development tools.
