Application Service Provider Host
The State is seeking a provider to host Alice, an executable binary designed to run in a Windows environment (.exe). Alice is a client/server application that communicates via TCP/IP on a configurable port. By default, the port is 8901. Hosting environment should be HIPPA compliant; however, communication needs to get through a firewall on that port.
