Application Maintenance Services

Purchaser is seeking a service provider (Vendor) to deliver Application Maintenance Services (AMS), with the option of Application Development Services (ADS), in respect to Learner Support Services.
The IT services to be provided are divided into the following three (3) major categories:
1. Baseline Services: Baseline Services includes all Application Maintenance Services (AMS).
2. Application Development Services: Requests for Application Development Services (ADS) include approved development activities and will be initiated, if required.
3. Service Requests: Service Requests will address the need for additional resources to support periodic demands for AMS-related activities over and above the Fixed Price agreement. Service Requests will be initiated when workload and/or schedule demands exceed the capacity of the AMS Fixed Price resource.
