CSPM seeks a Contractor to provide application hosting, system administration, help desk support and information technology consulting services to meet needs of CSPM on the terms set forth in this RFP. Specifically, the Board has fiduciary responsibility for records administration for both the MPCT and the MCIP. The record administration system is used to maintain records for financial and non-financial activity. Additionally, it is relied on as a database for CSPM employees, contracted customer service representatives, and approximately 75,000 program participants to access MPCT and MCIP accounts.
