Application Development
The State is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for Application Development. The contractor shall provide application development services associated with the system as directed by the Department. These services will include: system analysis, system design, system performance improvement, and programming. Advanced experience with the CA Gen development tool utilizing DB2 database is required and personnel proposed for this request must have a minimum of 10 years ‘hands on’ experience in developing with the applications and tools listed in the summary of technical and business information above. In addition, due to the nature of this program area, the successful bidder will demonstrate prior experience working with Child Support Enforcement systems
