The Company is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for an Applicant Tracking System & Onboarding Application. The primary purpose of this project is to replace its current system with a user-friendly, efficient, highly automated, and configurable system. The ideal vendor is one who serves as a partner to its business.
The Company is one of the nation's leading Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) specializing in manufactured housing communities and RV resorts. Sun owns and operates 136 manufactured housing communities in eighteen states - concentrated in the Midwest and Southeast portions of the United States. Since going public in December 1993 with only 31 communities, Sun has assembled one of the largest portfolios of manufactured housing communities and RV resorts in the U.S. and will continue to grow through acquisition throughout 2011 and future years. Sun currently employs approximately 800 team members.
