Create requisitions including essential job functions, information on work to be performed and compensation. Maintain Information Relevant to Applicant and Requisition History Provide a common data repository of requisition and applicant information consistent with regulatory recordkeeping requirements. Leverage data to support workforce planning, target recruitment and identify potential candidates from existing applicant pools to improve process efficacy and efficiency. Indicate a selection process milestone in which the applicant is no longer under consideration. Include the ability to search for potential candidates by specific application fields (i.e., education, job title, licensure, etc.) The City identified this functionality as a key part of the Customer Service Initiative. Identify Job Openings Provide searchable list of criteria to identify applicable job openings Provide a Regulatory Compliant Application Process for Police and Fire Provide an application process for both entry-level applicants and promotional candidates for Police and Fire with a data repository of applicant information consistent with regulatory record-keeping requirements and hiring registers consistent with uniform civil service regulations.
