Appliances Statewide Term Contract
The State is seeking to establish statewide term contracts for the purchase of household appliances (refrigerators, freezers, ranges, microwave ovens, dishwashers, clothes washers, and dryers) by State Agencies and political subdivisions in South Carolina. This is a one-year contract with up to four additional one year renewal options. The maximum potential contract life is 5 years. We anticipate awarding up to 2 contracts per lot to the lowest responsive and responsible [reasonable] offerors. The intention is to provide flexibility to contract users while promoting a healthy level of competition.
