Rehabilitation of an existing multi-family housing development of 264 units in eleven buildings plus a Community Building on an 8.5 acre site. Scopes of work include complete exterior skin renovation, interior ventilation upgrades and extensive site improvements. Fourteen month duration starting in October 2012.
