The NSNs being solicited are listed below. They are procured in accordance with competitive technical data. The solicitation is for a commercial Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) and the FOB point is Origin. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Items will be shipped to various CONUS locations. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The small business standard is 1250 employees.
This solicitation is part of a case-study, involving different guaranteed contract minimum values and different delivery order minimum quantities to determine how these affect pricing. In the solicitation, the Government will be presenting 4 different scenarios for pricing, and offerors are requested to price each of the different scenarios (Offer 1, Offer 2, Offer 3, and Offer 4).
The solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on or about 6/28/2019.
Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. A written offer is required to be returned as instructed in the solicitation by the date and time specified. DIBBS quotes are not acceptable; but a PDF copy of your proposal/quote may be uploaded to DIBBS. Technical drawings/bid sets are available from DLA Land and Maritime via the internet at the above web site (the bid sets are indicated by an icon beside the NSN on the solicitation list) FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in Section M of the solicitation.
