The Purpose of this synopsis is to locate sources interested in becoming approved sources of supply for the following Item:
Antenna. Weapon system: HH-60 Helicopter series. Purchased in accordance with currently approved source Dayton-Granger Inc. cage 55635 P/N FM10-267
Firm fixed contract anticipated for a quantity of 60 each. Price breaks of 25-39; 40-59; 60-75 are included to allow for fluctuations in demand. First Destination Transportation (FOB Origin) applies. Inspection and acceptance are at destination. Stock location for shipment is New Cumberland PA.
Adequate data for competitive distribution is not available . Sources who are interested in becoming an approved source will be required to submit appropriate data per the requirements of DLAD 52.217-9002, Conditions for Evaluations and Acceptance of Offers for Part numbered Items.
Interested parties should send letter of interest to the contracting officer, Ruth A Smith via email at ruth.smith.dla.mil by May 19, 2014. The response should include information as to cage code; product line; quality certifications; company size and appropriate POC information. The company will then be placed on the bidders list so that notification can be sent when the solicitation is available.
