This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotation.  In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a)(13), Exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation W912K6-18-Q-5008 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Bases of award will be Price only. Government intends to make one award.

The Maryland Air National Guard is seeking vendors that have the experience to furnish and install a 700MHz Public safety bi-directional antenna (BDA) system to enhance the existing Maryland FiRST system signal. This solicitation is 100 % set aside for small business concerns IAW FAR Part 19.502. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210.
