Antenna Interface Units
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into negotiations on a non-competitive basis with PoleZero, West Chester, OH under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to procure a maximum QTY of (32) Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Antenna Interface Unit (AIU) (P/N 180000-8) for the base year (FY15), a QTY (32) for ordering year 1 (FY16) and a QTY (30) for ordering year 2 (FY17). Maximum QTY (32) COMM-Tray, UHF AIU (P/N 180010) for the base year (FY15), QTY (32) for ordering year 1 (FY16) and QTY (30) for ordering year 2 (FY17). Maximum QTY (48) V/UHF AIU (P/N 186400-1) for the base year (FY15), QTY (48) for ordering year 1 (FY16) and QTY (45) for ordering year 2 (FY17). Maximum QTY (48) COMM-Tray, V/UHF AIU (P/N 185010 for the base year (FY15), QTY (48) for ordering year 1 (FY16) and QTY (45) for ordering year 2 (FY17). Hardware for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) includes UHF AIU (P/N 180000-8) at a maximum quantity of 8 for the base year (FY15), 8 for ordering year 1 (FY16) and 8 for ordering year 2 (FY17), COMM-Tray, UHF AIU (P/N 180010) at a maximum quantity of 8 for the base year (FY15), 8 for ordering year 1 (FY16) and 8 for ordering year 2 (FY17), V/UHF AIU (P/N 186400-1) at a maximum quantity of 12 for the base year (FY15), 12 for ordering year 1 (FY16) and 12 for ordering year 2 (FY17), COMM-Tray, V/UHF AIU (P/N 185010) at a maximum quantity of 12 for the base year (FY15), 12 for ordering year 1 (FY16) and 12 for ordering year 2 (FY17). The Government also intends to procure Repair of Repairables support and technical data. The Government does not own current data drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
