The Aviation Development Directorate-Aviation Applied Technology Directorate, Building 401, Lee Boulevard, Fort Eustis, VA 23604 is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide annual on-site calibration for thirty (30) Pacific Instruments Model 6035 cards and two (2) Pacific Instruments Model 6042 cards with preventative maintenance and technical support for a total of 5 years. The results of this Sources Sought Notice will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334515 and the Federal Supply Code is 6625. The expected completion time of the initial calibration is 30 days after receipt of order.

THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for sources capable of satisfying the requirement does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this Sources Sought Notice is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your company has the capability to provide this maintenance and support, provide the organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, and a capability statement as to how you will satisfy the requirement. This requirement is unrestricted and open to both small and large business concerns.


The Government will evaluate all responses received to this Sources Sought Notice to ascertain potential market capability and potential sources who can provide the analysis required and to determine the feasibility of a competitive acquisition.


Interested parties who have the capability to provide the effort as described above are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice not later than 3:00 p.m. eastern standard time, 19 March 2018.
