Annual inspection, preventive maintenance and repair of under ground and above ground storage tanks at various CT Military sites throughout the State of CT
a. Performing the manufacturers recommended annual service of tank monitoring systems. All monitoring
systems with the exception of one will be Veeder Root monitors (Veeder Root TLS 300 c, TLS 350). Veeder
Root certification will be required. One UST system is equipped with an Incon TS 1001 Monitor.
b. The Contractor shall repair faults identified during the above inspection at a time and material rate to be
submitted with his bid. Repairs must be authorized with purchase order prior to performing any work.
c. Documenting that all repairs and re-certifications have been performed.
d. Annual inspection will consist of, but not be limited to, a thorough inspection of the tank systems and their
associated monitoring systems.
