Annual Water System Contract

The project includes an annual contract with the City of Charlottesville to construct water system improvements. At the discretion of the City of Charlottesville, the contract is subject to four 1-year renewals. Individual Task Orders shall be given to the Contractor who shall perform the necessary work. Compensation shall be based on the unit prices provided in this bid.
