Annual Supply of Outdoor Recreation Equipment
The City of Lincoln, Nebraska, hereinafter called City, invite sealed proposals from interested Outdoor Recreation
Equipment Companies, hereinafter called Proposers or Vendors, for Outdoor Recreation Equipment, for a one (1)
year period commencing on or about May 1, 2009 through April 30, 2010, with the option for three (3) additional
one (1) year mutually agreeable terms, in accordance with the proposal instructions, terms and conditions,
specifications, contractor requirements, insurance requirements, and contract documents set forth in this invitation
for proposal.
