Annual Supply of Fertilizer
This is an invitation to quote for the 2012 fertilizer programs at Golf Courses; and fertilizer requirements (product only) for Parks Grounds and Athletic Fields
Maintenance. Soil samples have been taken and turf conditions monitored to assist in compiling the
attached requirements. 2011 soil test results are attached for bidder review. The order is separated for
greens, tees, and fairways, parks, athletic fields.
This program will be for the entire year from March 2012 to March 2013. The products are to be
delivered directly to the golf courses, and to Purchasing for the park grounds & athletic fields. The
second week of March is the first anticipated delivery date. All quoted prices are to include delivery to
the appropriate golf course or Purchasing.
