The organization is seeking proposals to perform the printing and fulfillment services for the Ohio DC Annual Statement for a three year term with the option to extend the contract for two, one-year terms by written consent of both parties, not to exceed a total contract term of five years.
The Annual Statement is produced on an annual cycle. Year-end data is available by mid-January and statements are mailed the first week of February. In order to reduce the call volume in our Service Center, the Annual Statements are usually mailed in two batches several days apart.
