Annual Service Agreement for Gravity Sterilizer
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The current solicitation number is 18-239-SOL-00059 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is being conducted under Simplified Acquisitions Procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation may be obtained in full text form at http://www.arnet.gov/far
The Department of Health and Human Services/Indian Health Service has a requirement for an Annual Service Contract, Base Year + 2 Option Years for:
a. Provide technical phone support during normal business hours 8am to 5pm local time.
b. Provide software updates as needed.
c. Provide annual preventive maintenance and calibration services.
d. Provide repair services and parts as identified in the scope of work section.
This is a 100% Indian Owned Small Business Set aside
Basis for award:
It is possible that the Government may award from this solicitation resulting for the responsible offerors whose proposal represents lowest acceptable cost. Proposals shall contain the offerors best pricing. The Government intends to evaluate and award with no discussion. The Government reserves the right to make no awards as a result of this solicitation.
