Annual Right-of-Way Consulting Services
The City is requesting proposals from qualified offerors able to furnish the City with right-of-way acquisition, land negotiation, appraisal, title searches, and relocation services meeting Federal Highway Administration procedures and Virginia Department of Transportation standards; all services must be in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act of 1970 and amendments.
