Annual Grounds Maintenance
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
The successful Contractor shall plan and effectively manage the Grounds Maintenance program at each facility and location. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, material, supplies, and equipment necessary for the performance of the following Work under the Agreement:
1.1 Prepare and provide for review and approval a Grounds Maintenance Plan and a Monthly Work Plan for scheduled work to Contract Manager or his designee.
1.2 Mow edge and trim grass and turf areas, clean and rake as necessary; prune shrubs, trees, palm trees and bushes; maintain plant beds including application of mulch to maintain a minimum cover of two inches, with an average cover of four inches after each re-mulching application.
1.3 Remove and dispose of trash, debris, and rubbish.
1.4. Supply and apply fertilizer, pest and weed control products as necessary or at minimum requirements listed in specifications and approved Grounds Maintenance Plan.
1.5 Schedule and coordinate with Contract Manager or designee monthly inspections of all locations.
