Annual Financial Audit
The City is seeking Statements of Qualifications & Project Approach (SOQPAs) from consultants with expertise in performing financial statement audits for large government-owned utilities. The City is seeking services of a certified public accounting firm to perform audits of annual financial statements for its Water, Solid Waste and Drainage & Wastewater Funds and the Water Fund’s reports on purveyor statements and wholesale customer statements.
