Annual contract to furnish and deliver, FOB Destination, freight Included, Traffic Control Devices on a rental basis for the construction and maintenance areas as needed and requested by the Department of Public Works, Department of Public Utilities, other County Agencies, and County Public Schools, in accordance with the enclosed general terms, conditions and specifications.
