Annual Contract for Mechanical and Plumbing Services
the County is requesting bids for an Annual Contract for Maintenance and
Plumbing Services for the Facilities Management Department. All bids must be
submitted on the Bid Proposal Form(s) included in this bid. The successful bidder(s)
will be awarded a twelve (12) month contract effective from date of award. Prices
must be firm for the entire contract. the County will not enter into any
contract where the cost is provisional upon such clauses as “escalator or “cost-plus”
clauses.
