Annual Charter School Evaluation
It is the intent of the Agency to solicit proposals for a legislatively required evaluation of public charter schools in Texas in accordance with all requirements stated herein. Texas Education Code (TEC) ยง 12.118. Evaluation of Open-Enrollment Schools details the requirements for this evaluation. Eligible proposers are nonprofit organizations, institutions of higher education, private companies, regional education service centers, local education agencies, departments of education, education research centers, and individuals with extensive experience conducting education program evaluations.
