Ancillary Supplies
The primary goal of this solicitation is to provide a standing capability to procure hypodermic needle, syringe and administration products from medical/surgical device manufacturers. A secondary goal is to identify and address constraining activities in the supply chain and manufacturing processes of these products that will result in surge capacity improvements. This capability is necessary to ensure an adequate supply of products to meet the vaccine administration needs of the American public during a pandemic influenza or other public health emergency incident requiring the use of hypodermic products.
