The scope of work for this project includes furnishing all labor, equipment,materials and any other items essential to rehabilitate
one (1) Aquabelt Type 85 Size 1 at the Anastasia IslandWWTP. This includes removing the existing Aquabelt roller bearing
assemblies and installing the new Aquabelt roller bearing assemblies and replacement components. The project is located at 860
W 16th Street, St. Augustine, FL 32080.
