The Foundation is committed to holding itself accountable as a leader to improve the health of
the region. In fulfillment of this leadership commitment, the Foundation will utilize evaluation to
document outcomes and provide for continuous improvement. The evaluation is anticipated to
run from April 1, 2009 to March 31, 2010 with the potential for renewal. Research, Planning,
and Evaluation (RPE) Program Staff are available to answer any questions and address needs
related to this RFP.
