Analytical & Clinical Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and any resulting contract award is to solicit proposals from qualified Vendors for analytical and clinical services in the area of the Medicaid pharmacy program and policies for The State, Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Division of Medical Assistance (DMA or Division). The Division needs to continue and further develop the pharmacy program’s State Maximum Allowable Cost (SMAC) list, which requires the assistance of a qualified Vendor with pharmacy experience. The Division will need analytical services to assist in the evaluation of all valued-based clinical program initiatives including quality improvement and cost containment strategies.
