Analysis of WIA Youth Employment Program
The Department is seeking the assistance of an outside contractor to document outcomes and the experiences gleamed by the state‟s 24 local workforce development boards involved with the implementation and management. The outside contractor the Department seeks will also be tasked to review and analyze how unemployed and dislocated workers receiving services were impacted, both short-term and long-term. The Division seeks to better understand how the strategies established in these programs/contracts represent viable workforce solutions and support the use of ARRA funds as intended.
