The issuing office believes that the requested services are proprietary to one vendor. Only responses conforming substantially to the following scope of work will be considered in determining an award. The issuing office strongly encourages responses from all qualified vendors who may be able to provide the specified services. Independent and interdisciplinary teams of clinical experts will review child records and review recommended service types and levels. Analyses will then be conducted to compare these recommended services with current planned service types/levels in order to identify the nature and extent of the gap. This requires individuals who are knowledgeable about developmental and assessment issues related to children with disabilities, the IDEA Part C federal regulations and service planning and delivery, and research and evaluation expertise. The project also requires individuals with clinical expertise in specialized services such as developmental services, physical therapy and speech language pathology.
