Analysis of Metrorail Service Expansion to Loudoun County

The intent of this Request for Proposal is to obtain proposals from professional
economic and real estate research firms for assistance in completing an analysis
that will quantify and describe the economic impact of metrorail service in the
immediate vicinity of the planned stations and throughout the County. Results of
the analysis will be used as background data and supporting documentation for
elected and appointed officials, fiscal planners and other consultants that may be
participating in the Dulles Rail Project.
