Subject: NEA Request For Proposal (RFP) 16-23 | Analysis - American Housing Survey (AHS)
Dear Prospective Offeror:
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued in accordance with FAR Part 13. The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) invites contractors to submit proposals for the services described in this RFP.
Enclosed you will find a statement of work/solicitation seeking proposals for an analysis of and user guides for the 2015 American Housing Survey data.
SET-ASIDE: This acquisition is a 100% small business (SB) set-side in accordance with FAR 6.203. Only small businesses eligible under the SB program will be eligible for award. Offers received from vendors that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected.
Notes:
1. Please read all sections of this RFP, including (but not limited to):
a. Section C (description of work);
b. Section F (deliverables schedule);
c. Section L (important guidance/requirements regarding proposal submissions and the agency budget, etc.); and
d. Section M (evaluation criteria).
e. All three (3) attachments to this RFP.
2. This RFP in no way obligates the Government to award a contract, nor does it commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in preparing and submitting your proposal.
