Amerispeak non-cloud-based data software and survey sevices
The National Center for Health Statistics of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to the National Opinion Research Center (NORC) for Amerispeak non-cloud-based data software and survey sevices.
For this work, NCHS has three major requirements:
1) The contractor must be able to provide non-aggregated data from it’s own proprietary, recruited nationally-representative panel of survey participants for a given set of survey questions provided by NCHS;
2) This non-aggregate data must be statistically comparable to data NCHS has already received as part of its DRM Research and Development Surveys (RANDS) methodological work, and;
3) The contractor must be able to provide a non-cloud-based data solution for the data.
NORC is the only known entity that can meet all of the above criteria.
This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested entities may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within ten (10) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government.
A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
