American Standard A/C & Heating Equip & Parts
To provide County with American Standard Air Conditioning & Heating Equipment and Parts on an as needed basis as per specifications called for herein in the estimated annual amount of $25,000.00. The initial term of the agreement will be for a one-year period and include four (04) one-year renewals that may be exercised upon the written agreement of the parties, as set forth below.
The supplier shall provide air filters that comply with the specifications listed below and specifications included in the Price Unit Chart and all other specifications and requirements contained in this solicitation.
Supplier shall provide 100% American Standard A/C and Heating Parts.
Supplier shall provide same day emergency response 24 hours per day 7 days per week when required by County.
Supplier shall ship all parts and equipment at no cost to County.
Supplier shall provide parts and equipment with a one year warranty to County.
Supplier shall replace non-functional parts returned under the warranty and they shall be replaced and returned to County at no cost.
Supplier shall ship parts and equipment overnight when designated on the County Purchase Order.
Supplier shall provide new parts and equipment no refurbished parts are permitted.
Supplier shall supply County with their Total Price List of A/C & Heating parts and equipment and the percent (%) of Discount to County that they may order with this Offer Agreement.
