American Productivity and Quality Center Annual Annual Membership
This acquisition is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center b Norfolk, Mechanicsburg, PA has a requirement to acquire American Productivity and Quality Center (APQC) Annual Membership for the Department of Navy Chief Information Officer (DON CIO). The Sole Source Statement for this requirement is attached.
Solicitation N00189-14-T-Q199 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The Government intends to award a sole source contract to American Productivity and Quality Center. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 519130. A firm fixed price contract will be issued.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-74 effective 30 May 2014.
