American Physical Society (APS) Publications 2015 Subscription
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number W31P4Q-15-T-0100 is being issued as a request for quote; however, the Army Contracting Command-Redstone intends to issue a sole source award to American Physical Society (APS) in College Park, Maryland for APS Publications for one (1) year renewal of subscription service that provides online access to APS-ALL package which include Physical Review A, B, C, D, and E, physical Review Letters, Reviews of Modern Physical Review Special topics and Physical Review Online Archive (PROLA) to the Redstone Arsenal Community. The period of performance of the resulting purchase order will be from date of award through December 31, 2015. Offerors must comply with provision set forth in FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5.
