The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Dewey Publications, Inc. The procurement is for the purchase of several print desk copies of the 2014 edition of three separate titles in the "American Civil Service Law Series" by Dewey Publications. They are: A Guide to Federal Labor Relations Law & Practice; A Guide to Merit Systems Protection Board Law & Practice and A Guide to Federal Sector Equal Employment Law & Practice. A "Combo" Package (Book + CD) has been requested for all three titles as well.
This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. No RFQ will be issued. Interested parties may, however, request further information no later than 08 July 2014, 9:00 AM EST by email to Jessica Carrillo at [email protected] and Patrick McFarlane at [email protected].
