The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, on behalf of the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, anticipates the award of a Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Ambulance Services. These services are being acquired in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Please see the attached solicitation VA244-17-Q-1389 for additional information regarding this requirement.

This solicitation is a 100% set-aside Small Business participation only. Responses received from offerors that are not small business concerns will not be considered for award.

The government anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for four (4) option periods. Award will be by Comparative Evaluation considering price, technical capabilities and past performance. Please see the attached solicitation for a Statement of Work (SOW), terms and conditions. Offers shall be submitted in accordance with the solicitation.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 621910 Ambulance Services, which has a size standard of $15.0 Million.
