The purpose/intent of these specifications is to cover the requirements of furnishing and delivering
Accounts Receivable Management Service for the Town of Ridgefield Fire Department, (Town), as
hereinafter specified. To obtain the most acceptable Emergency Medical Services Accounts Receivable
Management Services, these specifications cover the minimum requirements as to the qualifications,
software, networks, background, cycle times, account processing, reporting, testing, ongoing evaluation,
communications, and the minimum level of acceptable results anticipated from a contractor.
