Ambulance & Stretcher/ Wheelchair & Sedan Transportation Services at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, Augusta GA and outlying clinics.
The Network Contracting Office (NCO 7) is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for solicitation number 36C24718R0241. The resulting contract is for a contractor to provide Ambulance/Wheelchair & Sedan Transportation Service; inclusive of twenty-four (24) hour/seven (7) day a week ambulance service consisting of Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), stretcher van and wheelchair transport services for the Charlie Norwood VA Medical uptown and downtown facilities in Augusta, GA and outlying clinics. Additional service areas may include Alabama, North Carolina, Tennessee and Florida. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 621910 Ambulance service, air or ground, Size Standard $15.0. This requirement will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Type contract set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business (SDVOSB).

The solicitation will not be mailed out. All interested sources must go to the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov and obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Offerors are responsible to ensure their proposal package is received by the exact time and date at the specified location for receipt of proposals. Solicitation forthcoming.
In addition, offerors are responsible for continuing to monitor the websites for any/all future Amendments issued, if any. Offerors shall sign copies of any amendment issued and submit with their package.
Offerors need to be registered in the System for Awardee Management (SAM.gov) and Vetbiz.gov prior to submission of proposal. All Contractors MUST be registered to do business with the federal government and annually ensure the information is current.
