Alumni Database Evaluation Project
An independent consultant will be used to evaluate the University's alumni database. The need for this evaluation arises from the concern that our current application is
inadequate for the size of our current campaign and the complexity of our operations. The University does not
currently employ qualified staff members who have completed this type of evaluation, along with
having experience in converting from a PeopleSoft application to another system. In addition, this
consultant will be required to have experience with PeopleSoft Contributor Relations application and
have the capability to provide best-practice examples. In addition, this consultant shall have a clear
understanding of the roadmaps of all of the major applications to provide us with planning
alternatives.
